Why I like Poppa Ravi !

So I don't do a lot of product reviews, but I feel like I should start. There are so many items that I come across in my cooking life that I really want to start sharing them with you. Let me start now with the Poppa Ravi bamboo cutting board and ceramic knife. The bamboo cutting board is real bamboo. Its not that fake stuff that looks like lament and its not going to dull my knife over time. The large size helps prepare food so much easier and the big bonus is that it is Eco-friendly! This is going to be used over and over in my house for years to come. The knife is so much sharper than I thought a ceramic knife could be. Its non porous so its easier to clean and doesn't allow the sliced fruits and vegetables to lose taste like some of the other knives that I've used.
